Frequently asked questions

Yes. Most of our furniture is on display at the Portlaoise showroom (Kylekiproe Industrial Estate, New Road, R32 R58W), open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm, with no appointment needed. Use the Book a showroom visit button above and we will confirm the piece is on the floor before you travel.

In-stock items are usually delivered within 7 to 14 working days. Made-to-order and special-order pieces take approximately 12 to 16 weeks, and we confirm the date when you order. We deliver across Ireland, free on orders over €550; smaller self-assembly items sent by courier carry a delivery charge that we confirm with your order. A 50% deposit secures your order and the balance is due before delivery.

Most pieces are made to order, so we can usually change the fabric, colour, size or leg finish. Tell us what you have in mind through the contact form or WhatsApp and we will come back with a price. Custom pieces need a 50% deposit and cannot be returned once ordered.
