The Asos, Pera and Prestige dressing tables each have a chair of the same name, with the same finish on the legs and the same fabric family, so the pair reads as one set. The Deluxe chair is the seat for the Deluxe dresser and mirror, and both are in the showroom together. The Lyon cream chair with its antique gold base pairs with the Lyon cream dresser mirror. If your dressing table is from another shop, the cream and gold chairs are the safest match for a white, cream or mirrored table, and the grey chairs suit walnut and oak.
Chair or Stool for a Dressing Table?
A stool slides fully under the table and takes less room, but it gives you nothing to lean on. A chair with a back is more comfortable for makeup, skincare and hair, which is why we recommend one of these upholstered chairs over a stool. The chairs in this range are 48cm to 59cm wide and 43cm to 57cm deep, so they still tuck under a 126cm dressing table with room to spare on either side.

We deliver nationwide. In-stock chairs are delivered within 7 to 14 working days; made-to-order fabric chairs take about 12 to 16 weeks, confirmed when you order. A 50% deposit secures a made-to-order chair and the balance is paid before delivery. All furniture carries a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Can I use a dining chair as a vanity chair?
Yes. Every chair on this page has a padded seat and a back, which is what you want for sitting at a dressing table. Check the seat height against your table: the tabletop should sit roughly 25cm to 30cm above the seat so your knees clear the drawers.
Will the chair fit under my dressing table?
Measure the gap between the floor and the underside of the table and the width between the legs. Our chairs are 48cm to 59cm wide, so any table with a 60cm gap between the legs will take one.
Can I see the chairs before I order?
Most of the range is in our Portlaoise showroom, open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm, alongside the Piano and Deluxe dressing tables.
