Terms and Conditions:
Warranty: All furniture products are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of
purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship of the
furniture only. Lighting, curtains, blinds, and flooring are excluded from the warranty.
Custom Made Items: Custom made items are non-refundable. Once an order for a
custom-made item is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of placing an order. Deposits are nonrefundable and will be applied towards the total purchase price.
Returns: Items can only be returned under certain circumstances. Please contact us for
more information regarding the returns process. Proof of purchase must be provided for all
returns.
Liability: The company shall not be held responsible for any damage or injury caused by
the furniture after delivery and installation. Although we strongly recommend that our
customers have the company install the furniture, if customers choose to self-assemble
the furniture, the company will not be held responsible for any property damage, damage
to goods or personal injury that may occur during the self-assembly process. All products
are quality checked in the manufacturing process then double checked before delivery and
assembly.
Delivery: Delivery dates and times provided are estimates and are subject to change. The
company shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery beyond its control, such as
unforeseen circumstances or acts of nature. (Please see length of time of delivery under
each item)
Pricing and Payment: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All payments must
be made in full before delivery or upon collection, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including designs, logos, and
trademarks, belong to the company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any
intellectual property owned by the company is strictly prohibited.
Amendments: The company reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and
conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon
posting the updated terms and conditions on the company’s website or notifying customers
through other appropriate channels.
